Selection of candidates

  • On the receipt of Recruitment permission the publishes advertisement in the newspapers to collect applications of interested and qualified personals. application thus received/collected are securitized by committee for short listing as per the requirements of the employer.pariculars of short listing applicants are sent to the employer if so advised or are kept ready for the interview and final selection by the employer’s selection team.
  • The employer or his representatives then carry on the interview and final selection of candidates for which the Agent provides all necessary assistance and logistics.

Medical Examination
Persons finally selected will be sent to medical examination in an authorized hospital or clinic. Only candidates found physically fit for foreign employment are eligible to sign employment contract.

Time Required for Recruitment
After receiving all necessary documents we will be able to dispatch the selected person within one month.

Departure Formalities

Passports: assists the selected candidates to get their passports as quickly as possible.
Visa: makes flight schedule arrangements after 1 receiving the visa for the workers from employer’s end.

Ticketing and immigration clearance: The employers are required to provide PTA for selected candidates. The employers may remit necessary traveling expenses in favour of recruiting agent to facilities traveling of the selected candidates. It obtains necessary immigrations clearance from the department of labour and completes all formalities for departure.

Orientation before departure: It provides basic orientation to selected candidates before traveling aboard. During this orientation the workers are informed about their duties and responsibilities while aboard and a first hand information on worker environment there and salient features about laws of country of employment.


  • It is responsible to deploy manpower (workers) in time except under uncontrollable situation like unavailability of air tickets or other reason.
  • It is liable to take all responsibilities to take back the technically unfit and unable worker if found so by the employer.
